Our On-boarding Process

We know that signing up with a new provider is risky. This is why we want to guide you every step of the way with us over the first 12 weeks.

Here is what we'll work on each fortnight to update your site to our exacting standards and you feel looked after.

Week 1-2:

We'll securely get your login details, install our management plugin and review your website.

Week 3-4:
Updates

We'll update any necessary plugins, remove bad plugins (the kind that will get your WordPress site hacked), and fix any issues we encounter as a result.

Week 5-6:
Google Analytics

We'll check our existing Google Analytics set up to ensure it's working and reporting conversions. If it's not, we'll get that setup and tested.

Week 7-8:
SEO Review

We'll make sure you're using a proven SEO plugin and audit your existing content for any gaps. This will help you make content improvements to increase your ranking on search engines such as Google.

Week 9-10:
Work Plan

By this point, we'll have an idea of the changes you want to make on your site and outline a draft work plan for the next month or two so you know what is achievable.

Week 11-12:
Review

Phew, it has been a busy quarter already! Our project leads will check-in with you to make sure we are meeting your needs, and you're happy. We'll also check your work plan will deliver your expected outcomes and make sure you're on the right maintenance plan to meet your expectation

Beyond Week 12:
Ongoing reviews

After three months, we'll meet with you monthly to update you on progress, check for any issues you may have with our service, and plan future work. Our monthly-cycle works perfectly for ongoing maintenance to your website, and it keeps us accountable to you helping achieve your business goals through your website.
